ALLOCATION CRITERIA
To be eligible for a rental property, the landlord applies a number of allocation criteria:
- Your gross monthly income must be approximately four times the monthly rent (3.5 times is also negotiable). Holiday pay and fixed allowances are included;
- Half (50%) of your partner’s income is taken into account. For prospective tenants who both receive a state pension (AOW), both incomes may be counted in full (100%);
- You must have an employment contract of at least one year. Zero-hours contracts cannot be taken into account. Contracts through a secondment agency, temporary employment agency or payroll organisation will be assessed on the basis of the terms and conditions.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The minimum tenancy period is 25 months;
- The security deposit is 2 times the monthly rent.
