RENTAL TERMS
To be eligible for this rental property, the landlord applies a number of allocation criteria:
- Your gross monthly income must be approximately 3.5 times the monthly rent. Holiday pay and fixed allowances are included in this calculation;
- Your partner’s income is taken into account in full. For prospective tenants who both receive a state pension (AOW), both incomes may be counted at 100 per cent;
- You must have an employment contract for a minimum of one year. Zero-hours contracts cannot be taken into account. Contracts through a secondment agency, temporary employment agency or payroll organisation will be assessed on the basis of their specific terms and conditions.
RENTAL TERMS
- The minimum tenancy period is 12 months. After this, the tenancy agreement may be terminated with one month’s notice, effective from the first day of the following month;
