RENTAL TERMS
To be eligible for this rental property, the landlord applies a number of allocation criteria:
- Your gross monthly income must be approximately 3.5 times the monthly rent. Holiday pay and fixed allowances are included;
- Your partner’s income is taken into account in full. For prospective tenants who both receive a state pension (AOW), both incomes may be counted at 100 per cent;
- You must have an employment contract of at least one year. Zero-hours contracts cannot be taken into account. Contracts through a secondment agency, temporary employment agency or payroll organisation will be assessed on the basis of their specific terms and conditions.
Other important information:
- The minimum tenancy period is 12 months;
- Service charges amount to €96 per month. The advance payment for heating costs is €150 per month;
- The tenant must arrange their own supply contracts for water and electricity in the flat;
- The standard security deposit is 1 month’s rent. For fixed-term employment contracts or where pets are kept, a security deposit of 2 months’ rent applies.
