INCOME REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for this rental property, the landlord applies a number of allocation criteria:
- Your gross monthly income must be approximately 3.5 times the monthly rent. Holiday pay and fixed allowances are included;
- Your partner’s income is counted in full.
- You must have an employment contract for a minimum of one year. Zero (0)-hour contracts cannot be taken into account. Contracts through a secondment agency, temporary employment agency or payroll organisation will be assessed on the basis of the relevant terms and conditions.
RENTAL TERMS
- The minimum tenancy period is 12 months. Thereafter, the tenancy agreement may be terminated with one month’s notice, effective from the first day of the following month;
- Service charges amount to €37.50 per month;
- The standard security deposit is one month’s rent. In the case of a fixed-term employment contract or where pets are kept, an increased security deposit of two months’ rent applies.
