INCOME CRITERIA
- Your gross monthly income must be at least 3.5 times the monthly rent. Holiday pay and fixed allowances may be included in the monthly income;
- Your partner's income is counted (100%). For candidate tenants who both receive AOW benefits, both incomes can be counted for 100%;
- You must have an employment contract of at least one year. Zero (0)-hours contracts cannot be taken into account. Contracts through a secondment agency/agency/payroll organisation, are assessed according to the conditions;
- If you are self-employed, you must have a demonstrable net profit before tax of at least 3.5x the rent. You must also be an entrepreneur for at least two full financial years;
RENTAL CONDITIONS
- The minimum rental period is 12 months. Thereafter the lease can be terminated per the first of the following month +1 month;
- Service costs are €37.5 per month;
- Standard is a deposit of 2x the rent;
