Saving a property
If you have found a property that matches your housing wishes, you can save it by clicking the heart icon next to the property. The property will now be saved under "My Homes".

Responding to a property
If you have found a rental property that matches your housing wishes, you can request a viewing on the page where this property is displayed. You will be asked to provide your personal and contact details, as well as an indication and proof of your gross income.

Lottery for viewing
After you have fully submitted your viewing request, your application will be assessed against the applicable rental conditions by one of our rental agents. After receiving viewing requests, a lottery takes place to determine which candidates may come to the viewing. We typically schedule viewings with 8 candidates. If we can invite you for a viewing, you will receive a viewing invitation from us by email.

Viewing
On the agreed day and time, you are welcome to view the rental property. The rental agent will share information on-site about the property and the rental conditions, among other things. You will also have the opportunity to view the property.

Expressing interest: do you want to rent?
Shortly after the viewing, you will receive an email in which you can indicate whether or not you are interested in renting the property following the viewing. If you indicate that you have continued interest, we will ask you to upload a number of documents to your account. Based on this, we can determine whether or not you meet the rental conditions.

Final file check & selection of new tenant
If multiple candidates have indicated continued interest after the viewing and have provided the documentation, a final lottery will take place to determine the definitive new tenant. You will then be informed whether or not you are the selected new tenant.

Contract and key handover
If you are the selected new tenant, you will receive the rental agreement from us. After it has been fully signed, we will provide you with all necessary information in the run-up to the key handover. After payment of the first invoice, which includes the first month's rent and any service costs and the security deposit, the key handover can take place. The property is then definitively transferred to you.
